Real-world, authentic learning projects and experiences encourage partnerships between Iowa's students and businesses & organizations. The new Clearinghouse for Work-based Learning will make these opportunities more readily accessible to more K-12 students statewide, especially in rural communities. High-quality work-based learning allows students to apply what they learn in the classroom to real-world projects and to develop new skills and connections. Come hear how to get involved and see many examples from schools leading the way.
